In as little as 5 steps you can put into practice a modified duty solution that works for you.     Step 1: Begin

    Start your journey by signing up through our plans and pricing page. We understand your time is valuable. That’s why signing up takes less than five minutes to set up any employee in need of modified work.

    Step 2: What's Up Doc?

    After your employee visits with their physician, they will be given a set of guidelines (return to work letter) detailing their capabilities. It is your responsibility to decide what tasks are most beneficial for the company and your employee’s health.
