1. Start by purchasing seats.
Light Duty Pathway is just $99 per employee account.
Simply select the quantity on the pricing page and proceed by clicking 'Check Out.' You'll have the option to register a new company account or access an existing one."
2. Form before function.
Start by downloading the Light Duty Pathway job description form and the job offer letter template.
A.
The injured employee needs their physician to sign off on their new job responsibilities which are laid out in the form.
B.
Once the Dr. signs off you can send the offer letter to your employee. Our template identifies the position offered, includes a description of the duties required, and clearly specifies the physical demands of the job.
3. Assign Light Duty.
Once all the forms, letters, and red tape are taken care of you're ready to get your employees assigned and on their way to safety training. Set up takes only a moment, and your employee receives login credentials to start their pathway.
4. Let the safety training begin!
Once they log-in we'll take it from there. Our well-structured web-based platform consists of video safety training, quizzes, and e-learning assessments. It's just the program you need for your employees' rehabilitation while ensuring they stay engaged in the workplace.
5. Keep Track.
Daily reporting on employees progress and interaction is easy to use and simple to understand for those overseeing the light-duty work and training within your organization.
