Once an employee logs on, they'll be taken through up to 8-hours worth of content at a sitting. This will consist of safety training videos, interactive quizzes, and e-learning assessments. Your injured worker's schedule accounts for breaks as well as a lunch period during the training.
At the end of each day, you'll be sent a progress report of everything your injured employee accomplished and time spent in the training. Our modified work program has your back from start to finish.

1. It all starts with a seat.
Seats are $99 per user and are good for 1 year after activation. The timer doesn't start until you add your employee, so you can purchase multiple seats to have them ready to go if you anticipate needed more in the future.
2. Form before function.
Start by downloading the Light Duty Pathway job description form and the job offer letter template.

The injured employee needs their physician to sign off on their new job responsibilities which are laid out in the form.

Once the Dr. signs off you can send the offer letter to your employee. Our template identifies the position offered, includes a description of the duties required, and clearly specifies the physical demands of the job.
3. Assign Light Duty.
Once all the forms, letters, and red tape are taken care of you're ready to get your employees assigned and on their way to safety training. Set up takes only a moment, and your employee receives login credentials to start their pathway.
4. Let the safety training begin!
Once they log-in we'll take it from there. Our well-structured web-based platform consists of video safety training, quizzes, and e-learning assessments. It's just the program you need for your employees' rehabilitation while ensuring they stay engaged in the workplace.
